L&T Earns Coveted Sustainability Honours

L&T earned the coveted honour of being the only Indian corporate featured in the latest list of 'Top Environmental Firms' published by New York-based Engineering News-Record (ENR).
ENR has ranked L&T No.2 among the Top 200 Environment Firms globally.
L&T’s revenues from environmental services stood at USD 12.04 billion in 2024. In ENR’s segmentation of the companies’ environmental services revenues, L&T has ranked globally No.1 in Air Quality / Clean Energy and No. 5 in Water Treatment / Supply.
Then, the globally-recognised auditing firm, Achilles, appointed by Aramco, conducted a detailed assessment of our operations in Saudi Arabia, and awarded a five-star rating for sustainable business practices to L&T Hydrocarbon Saudi Company / L&T Energy Hydrocarbon. The business earned a sustainability score of 88 out of 100, affirming its commitment to triple-bottomlinecompliant operations.
These prestigious honours reaffirm L&T’s growing focus on sustainability. In June this year, L&T issued India’s first ESG Bond for Rs 500 crore, and then in September, the Company secured a Sustainability-Linked Trade Facility with Standard Chartered for USD 700 million.
