L&T pioneered indigenous manufacturing of metallic and composite based SONAR Domes for ships and underwater platforms. Our specialised work centres are equipped for high-precision fabrication and welding of the metallic Sonar domes. Composite Sonar domes are manufactured using the Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Moulding (VARTM) process.
