At L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Offshore (LTEH Offshore), our state-of-the-art Modular Fabrication yards provide unmatched execution excellence for the global offshore oil & gas industry. With three strategically located facilities in Hazira and Kattupalli (India) and Sohar (Oman), we offer a combined annual fabrication capacity of 200,000 MT.
Each yard is equipped with modern infrastructure, heavy-lift and load-out capabilities, digitized processes, and robust QHSE systems. This enables the year-round delivery of large, complex offshore and onshore modules on ocean-going vessels and barges, ensuring logistical flexibility, high quality, and on-time project execution.
Modular Fabrication Facility – Hazira, India
The Hazira Modular Fabrication Facility is one of India’s largest and most advanced offshore fabrication yards, located on the west coast with direct waterfront access for global deliveries. Established in 1986 as L&T’s flagship fabrication yard, Hazira is part of one of Asia’s largest integrated heavy engineering complexes.
With heavy-lift capabilities, cutting-edge infrastructure, and a proven track record, Hazira specializes in large-scale, heavy, and technically demanding offshore and onshore modules, consistently ensuring quality and on-time performance.

Modular Fabrication Facility – Kattupalli, India
The Kattupalli Modular Fabrication Facility, located near Chennai on India’s east coast, is L&T’s largest fabrication yard. With direct waterfront access, it offers a logistics advantage for projects across Asia-Pacific and Far East regions.
Equipped with digitally enabled fabrication processes, precision engineering systems, and a modern load-out jetty, Kattupalli is designed to deliver large, complex offshore modules and deepwater/subsea structures with speed, safety, and cost efficiency.

Modular Fabrication Yard – Sohar, Oman
The Sohar Modular Fabrication Facility extends L&T’s offshore fabrication excellence to the Middle East region. Strategically located to serve regional oil & gas and energy clients, Sohar is globally accredited, ensuring adherence to international quality and safety standards while supporting local content initiatives.
The yard specializes in offshore oil & gas fabrication and integrated modular solutions, enabling fast-track execution for both regional and global customers.
