LMTG offers two-cylinder Turbines in the 500-660 MW class of power output. The Turbine train consists of an HIP Turbine with a double flow LP Turbine. HIP turbine consists of HP Bladepath and IP Bladepath in a single casing. Single casing HIP Turbine reduces the length of the rotor train thus reducing the overall space requirement for TG building and TG foundation. Individual Turbine Steam paths are optimised to suit the project requirement.

FEATURES

  • Cutting edge design philosophy from Mitsubishi Power Ltd. (MPW) and use of Computational Fluid Dynamics.
  • The Combined HP-IP Turbine offers a compact design which makes it economical; a smaller differential expansion and reduced number of Bearings and components also make it easier to maintain.
  • Advanced steam path design using three dimensional CFD analyses.
