The product range comprises Critical & Proprietary Licensed Titanium Clad Equipment for PTA Plant and reactors, vessels, columns & heat exchangers for Methanol, EO/EG, Cracker & Acrylonitrile plants comprising of high-pressure, high-temperature, hydrogen service and more.
Major equipment supplied includes multi-wall reactors, ‘Pacol’ and ‘Hydrobon’ reactors, polypropylene and polyethylene reactors, and methanol converters, heli-towers and a range of high-pressure heat exchangers and pressure vessels and equipment.
Our capabilities cover process / thermal and mechanical design of all heat transfer equipment with software developed in-house, including Finite Element Analysis and detailed FIV analysis. Fabrication is carried out at ASME-approved workshops in Mumbai, Hazira & Vadodara. These workshops have also secured ISO 9001:2000 Certification. Hazira Works near Surat has a water-front load-out facility.
